ERM Information Technologies is a technology company specializing in "extended relationship management" and has been operating in this field since 2002. The company has completed over 300 CRM projects across various sectors, serving anywhere from 3 to 10 thousand users. These projects have covered a range of applications, including customer management, offer/order automation, dealer solutions, and project management. As a software company based in Turkey, ERM has developed two-way, ready-to-use, and detailed integrations with widely used accounting programs in the country, such as Logo GO, Tiger, Mikro, and ETA. The company has also created integrations with standard international software and services like Outlook, Google, and SAP. The ERM software is built with Java technologies, and interfaces are created using PrimeFaces, a globally used Java Interface Development Kit that was developed in Turkey.
