EK McQuade, part of the award-winning Earl Kendrick Group, is a small and expert team of building surveyors specialising in neighbourly matters. We have extensive experience working both with architects, developers and property managers in Party Wall matters and Right to Light matters. We take on both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner appointments and also regularly act as Agreed Surveyor between both parties. We provide third party validation for local authorities on Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing matters. Members of the EK McQuade team are members of both the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
