EGS Socks was founded in 1998, as a manufacturer of socks with our own factory in İSTANBUL of Turkey. We have been supplying to many retail chain stores, wholesalers and importers throughout Europe. The manufacturing process has been done by fully electronic machinery and we are using latest technology. Our machine park consists of Single Cylinder (Computer) and Double Cylinder (Mechanic and computerized) socks manufacturing machines. The manufacturing capabilities vary from 84 to 200 needles with over 100 machines and we are capable of producing more than 8 000 000 pairs of socks annually, if needed we can send our machinery profile in separate and also we can send you some photos of some samples. The manufacturing process is done by fully electronic machinery. The manufacturing capabilities vary from 96 to 200 needles with the capacity of 600000 pairs socks per month. All design and pattern implementations are exercised in house. The department is constantly in a hard work searching for new materials and technology as well as paying attention on the development of the yarn which are in fashion for the functional and special socks.
