Offices & Retail) * Residential Construction & Housing We are equipped to provide first hand Estimating support from initial Cost Plan, Budget and Feasibility exercises to full Estimating and Tendering responsibility to meet the demands of a tender return period and the like. All tenders are traditionally formulated, with full take off’s and fully broken down first principle structure pricing alongside subcontractor quotations for specialist packages. We aim to provide reliable estimates with our detailed breakdowns produced at tender stage making it easier to track and monitor the true cost of the secured contract works on site. We are able to supply quantified Bills backed up by full breakdowns and schedules of materials in both Excel and PDF format. We would also consider any requests to produce builders quantities only, should that need arise without the need for a full estimating/tendering service.
