ECON is a joint venture founded in 2022 by B&M Marketing GmbH and Esports Innovation Group EIG. As a 360° Esports agency with its own tournament platform - the heart of ECON - we combine technology, digital high performance sports and target group specific marketing on econ.gg and thus create a unique platform for passionate enthusiasts and successful advertisers. Brands benefit from our safe, high-reach environment and reach a young, attractive target group. Players have the chance to win enormous price pools and giveaways every week. We are not only working on the future of esports technologically, but are also training the scene stars of tomorrow on the basis of our decades of experience in high-performance sports. With our lighthouse project - the ECON Esports Academy - we are creating the first independent holistic youth development program for young esports talents, placing social responsibility and "responsible gaming" at the center of the training alongside top sporting performance. Over the course of several months, our talents are trained in areas such as fitness, nutrition and personal development in addition to their athletic development. Content creation, media training and addiction prevention are also part of the coaching program. The Academy offers companies the chance to present themselves in an unprecedented Esports CSR environment and to support young athletes in realizing their dream of a professional Esports career. In addition to activating our platform, ECON offers unique Esports as a Service opportunities for companies. From the simple placement of suitable ambassadors, players, the implementation of individual project-based services to the complex development of own software applications, all services are covered in the portfolio, including the individual development as well as the distribution of NFTs.
