We apply a new learning approach called “Question Based Learning – QBL” to encourage interaction between participants and trainer as well as among themselves. It means that attendants are center of learning and they keep 80% of time to discuss, debate, question, answer and share based learning; Trainer acts as facilitator and mentor and talks 20% of the time
