EBT3 is a team of professionals who provide high-quality psychological services including therapy and assessment. These services are evidence-based, meaning they have been proven to work based on rigorous scientific research. Therapy is usually short-term, focuses on specific problems, and takes into account clients' circumstances and preferences when setting and achieving goals. Clients are also active participants in therapy along with their therapists. We work with individuals, couples, families and groups. We are LGBTQ-positive. Psychologists at EBT3 are experienced and trained in treating a wide variety of difficulties and stressors. They have particular expertise in treating individuals who have suffered psychological trauma (e.g., accidents, abuse), couples experiencing relationship problems, those having trouble dealing with their emotions, and individuals with anxiety and mood difficulties.
