EAPA UK represents the interests of professionals concerned with employee assistance, psychological health and wellbeing in the UK.
The EAPA mission is to promote the highest standards of practice and the continuing professional development of employee assistance programmes (EAPs) and services in the UK. Our members comprise of EAP providers, brokers, clinicians and those involved within the field of employee health and wellbeing.
The profile of mental health and wellbeing both inside and outside of work has never been higher. EAPs provide a vital support to both organisations and the economy of the UK by supporting employers and their employees to create mentally healthy workplaces.
The EAPA UK Executive and Board members are health and wellbeing experts who sit within industry leading roles. They provide their time on a voluntary basis to support EAP providers, professionals and employers to make informed decisions and to provide a voice at local, national and government level.
