As the originator of Rod Conveyor Belting, based on fabric reinforced traction belts, Broekema today is a supplier of conveyor belts, made from rubber, steel and plastic with extreme lateral rigidity and a separation (soil, water, etc) function suitable for heavy and abrasive applications. Broekema aims at machine manufacturers and distributors serving markets that value quality and continuity of production processes and the reliability of the tools and equipment that are used in this. Broekema has grown into the position of market leader in the field of rod conveyor belting and is exporting to more than 40 countries across the world. All critical components are developed and produced in-house, or within the Jaeger Group, to which Broekema belongs. Innovation and customization have made Broekema the preferred partner for the larger part of European and American OEM’s for harvesting equipment. In the USA , there are two production sites, in California and Minnesota. At our ISO 9001 certified company work currently approximately 100 employees in Veendam.
