Duke Engineers for International Development (DEID) is a student-driven organization that implements engineering projects around the world for underserved communities. DEID students work with professional engineers, local governments and community members to materialize cost-efficient and sustainable projects aimed at improving the standard of living of numerous individuals. DEID promotes a sense of international responsibility, and gives students opportunities to impart real, positive change across the world.
