Founded in 2018, we are the retail management arm of Dubai Holding and focus on developing, operating and managing the company’s extensive range of strategically located retail assets across prime destinations and communities in Dubai.
Our differentiated portfolio spans over 2 million square feet of retail footprint, across eight key locations which are Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), a premier beachfront attraction, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most sought-after tourist destinations, Boulevard at Emirates Towers District, situated in the heart of the city’s financial hub, as well as Bay Avenue and Bay Square in Business Bay.
Our community centres cater to a wide catchment within popular suburban districts, such as Mudon, Al Waha, Remraam, Shorooq Layan and Al Khail Gate and the new neighbourhoods of Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor at Jaddaf Waterfront along Dubai Creek. New additions to the portfolio will include the Hessa Community Mall plus further retail hubs which will serve the Dubailand communities of Serena and Villanova.
As part of our wider strategic vision and objectives, we are also an independent leader in restaurant management through Sarood Hospitality. Formerly Jumeirah Restaurant Group, Sarood was initially set up as a homegrown F&B operator to manage and develop F&B concepts across Jumeirah properties. As a full-service hospitality brand, Sarood Hospitality’s portfolio includes Al Nafoorah, The Noodle House, Pierchic, Flow, The Duck Hook, Hillhouse Brasserie, Khaymat Al Bahar, Pai Thai, Perry & Blackwelder’s, Segreto and Trattoria Toscana.
