In 1975, Dubai was on the threshold of development. The discovery of oil fuelled major infrastructure and urban development projects, as its fabled desert expanses were transformed to become the foundations of future modernization. Drawn by the immense opportunities and challenges to become an integral part of this transformation, Dubai soon became home to a cadre of entrepreneurial professionals.
From its earliest days, Dubai Consultants has been amongst the few select practices privileged to receive the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Rashin bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai and Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. The firm was initially engaged by the Government of Dubai and the UAE Federal Government to design and supervise their major housing drives in the emirates of Dubai, Ras Al Khaima, Umm Al Quwain and many other locations within the Emirates.
This unique opportunity in the region has been fundamental to our present success. By 1985 we had expanded our practice, as well as the breadth and scope of our services, throughout the Emirates and South Asia to governments, corporations and institutional clients in the areas of hospitality, housing, healthcare, township development and projects of great diversity.
Today, there are few companies in this region that can match our cost-effectiveness and specialized expertise. As one of the oldest architectural firms in the Emirates, we are strategically positioned to participate in the newest phase of Dubai’s remarkable development, as it propels itself to the status of the 21st century’s newest world capital.
