Duality

Duality Group is a holding company set up to buy and build a group focused on the installation and maintenance of energy solutions for the residential and commercial sector. Energy solutions will include insulation, boilers, smart meters, batteries and other products that improve the energy efficiency of a building and/or reduce energy consumption. We will look to invest in or acquire companies with: ⇒ Proven business models across the UK ⇒ Established management teams ⇒ Preferably profitable businesses and positive cash-flow, although we will acquire underperforming businesses ⇒ Turnover preferably from £10m and above with equity requirements of £1-10m ⇒ Technology-enabled delivery Duality is able to respond very quickly to opportunities, given it is investing its own capital. Founded in June 2016 by Shaun Maclean and Martin Holmes to build a group of businesses in the energy efficiency sector. Duality Group acquired Dyson Energy Services Limited in November 2016. Duality Group acquired Gas Call Services Limited in August 2018
