Goldfrid, a multi-talented stage and screen actor, producer, and fitness entrepreneur. The three have earned the reputation as the go-to professionals for the fitness industry for nearly a decade. Filmed around the world and almost a year in the making, our global yoga teacher training is one of the most interactive RYT 200 courses ever made. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the fitness world, we developed a unique On Demand Learning Platform that offers an in-depth and comprehensive yoga teacher training course with the ease and simplicity of Netflix (expect to be amazed with detailed CGI during your anatomy sessions!).
