Perfect for corporate events, Drawl's Whiskey Room is the natural habitat for aged whiskies, local distilleries spirits, and rare bourbons. The likes of Pappy, and aged Blanton's are a few of the current favorites.
Led by Chef Partner Justin Stadler, the menu can be described as “new American with a southern accent.”
Taking full advantage of one of the last remaining built-in wood-fire ovens in the city, chef Justin’s menu of small plates, entrees and sides, all center around locally sourced ingredients, wood-fired cooking, smoked meats, and fresh fish. His refreshingly playful take on southern cuisine sets Drawl apart from the rest.
“Drawl combines the energy and style of a new American restaurant with the comfort of southern food. We’re not your typical fried chicken and barbecue joint,” Stadler says.

"I met with some friends here for dinner and was blown away by everything. The decor is beautiful with so much attention to detail. It feels like you are eating in someone’s home. Great menu, The okra was perfection, we also tried the Char burger, fried chicken, the hot wings and homemade jerky. I was impressed that they even make their own ketchup! Excellent bourbon selection in the Whiskey Room to choose from and the mint julep is a must 😍"

"BBQ short ribs, Fried Chicken Breast, Nashville Hot Wings, and Bourbon maple glazed vegetables with pecans. Easily one of the best meals I have ever had. Staff was on point, ambience was perfect, and the food could not have been better."
