Dragon Phoenix (est. 2007) is a China-based independent wine education and consultancy company co-founded by Fongyee Walker MW and Edward Ragg MW. We are pioneers in wine education in the mainland China market for which Dragon Phoenix was recognized with the Riedel Trophy for WSET Educator of the Year (2016). With classrooms in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Qingdao, Dalian and Shenyang, we offer the full range of WSET qualifications, including the flagship WSET Level 4 Diploma, as well as our own special Dragon Phoenix certification courses and short 'focus courses'. We also offer various consultancy services to wineries, wine trade bodies and clients requiring in-market based research.
