Downtown Management District El Paso

The Downtown Management District in El Paso is a municipal improvement district focused on economic development-driven initiatives and programs in downtown El Paso. The organization is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors that provides guidance to the team in achieving its mission of making Downtown El Paso the center of commercial, civic and cultural activity. Services and programs include, sanitation, security, economic development, redevelopment and marketing. In partnership with the City and County of El Paso and stakeholders, the DMD works to improve downtown to realize its potential as a destination for events, tourism, investment, and residence.
