Founder and President Douglas Jemal established the company in 1985 as a private family-owned company and it has since grown into a fully integrated real estate developer with more than 100 employees. Between 1990-20017 the company expanded its portfolio from less than 250,000 sf to over 10 million sf expanding from 15 properties to over 250.
