Dominican Abroad

We are a multicultural digital media publication and provider of sustainable/ethical travel experiences. Our trips include Birthright/cultural heritage trips for Americans of Latino/Caribbean descent and social good wellness retreats in collaboration with (and while empowering) local community leaders and multicultural small businesses. We also work with small farmers in the Dominican Republic and bring art workshops to their elementary schools which lack the resources to offer visual arts to kids. These initiatives have been featured in the New York Times and Oprah Magazine. On the digital side - we produce inspirational travel, culture and lifestyle articles/content. Our articles/content, across all platforms, receive over 300,000 monthly views. We value educational travel, cultural heritage/preservation, community efforts, and wellness lifestyle.
