As we developed our expertise, we expanded into broadcasting and channel management, digital and on-line sales, and integrated backwards into software that we feel provides the glue that sticks many of today's business propositions together. In 2012 Sony Television Pictures, recognising our unique postion, acquired a majority stake in Dolphin and the business is now focused on expanding its 3rd party advertising sales business.
