Laboratory and Research Center Division target is to promote and develop the companies' quality and competitiveness through oenological and food analysis and R&D and innovation projects as well as quality control. Furthermore, its laboratories are accredited as per the ISO 17025 international standard for the carrying out of food tests. Dolmar Training division is a reference in enology and agri-food training packages developed to provide last international advances. Dolmar uses the Micalanda Center as a suitable place to carry out different events, professional meetings and training activities.
