Doctors Nova Scotia

Doctors Nova Scotia (DNS) is the medical association that represents more than 3,500 doctors in Nova Scotia, including practising and retired physicians, residents and medical students. The oldest medical association in Canada, DNS is committed to improving patient care and helping Nova Scotians live healthy and active lives. On behalf of the province’s doctors, DNS is committed to working with all partners in health-care delivery to ensure Nova Scotia is positioned to recruit and retain talented and skilled doctors, introduce new and innovative ways to deliver health care and to continuously look for ways to improve patient care and access.
