Dixie Cullen Interests

Dixie Cullen was founded by Catherine James in November of 1995. Our first facility was located on Dixie Drive and Cullen Boulevard, thus how we got our name Dixie Cullen Interests. In the 28 years we have grown immensely, we started with minimal storage capabilities to having seven locations in the Houston, Tx area with an array of services. A few services that we offer are, FTZ storage, Climate Controlled Storage, Inside Storage, Outside Storage, and heavy lift capabilities. We handle numerous types of equipment and material, from single items to entire projects, as small as a box to Out Of Guage items. Our clients are offered a well-rounded service package that we tailor to each clients’ specific requirements. Here at Dixie Cullen, we offer a wide variety of equipment to handle any material in our care. We have over one million square feet of storage space under roof with 300,000 square feet being climate-controlled storage, with over 60 acres of outside storage. In September of 2015 Dixie Cullen became a Foreign Trade Zone, we made this choice based on the needs of our clients. Since then, we have grown to be the Largest Foreign Trade Zone within Port Houston Foreign Trade Zone #84
