District And Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka

Chapter 2 (Article 114-116A) of Section 6 of the Bangladesh Constitution describes the mandates of subordinate courts. District and Session Judge Courts, Metropolitan Session Judge Courts, Chief Judicial Magistrate Courts, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts and other Special Courts and Tribunals functioning at local level are included under the Subordinate Courts.
