The villas have between 2 – 4 bedrooms and 3 – 4 bathrooms so are ideal for families, friends or couples. Their size varies from 100 to 180 m2 within a plot of 450 to 1,000 m2. Each is on two levels; the upper level has a living / dining room, kitchen, WC, fireplace surrounded by spacious verandas with pergolas, whilst on the lower level there are the bedrooms (most are en suite), a shared bathroom, laundry room, storage spaces and more verandas. Each residence has a parking area and a garden, whilst some of them also have a wine cellar.
