Then we work with leadership and employees to co-design strategies and approaches to best manage as well as capitalize on the caregiving challenge.
First we understand your organization. Are there bright spots? What existing benefits and programs do you have? How is caregiving currently impacting your organization? What are the range of experiences people currently have? Are there gaps in policies or resources?
Then we’ll gather stakeholders from across your organization and facilitate a process of co-design. We’ll co-create interventions and tools, identify policies and resources tailored to your culture, workplace, and the challenges you face to organically create a culture of care.
As we go, we’ll measure the impact and learn what works in the context of your organization -- its unique culture and challenges.
The process is part of the solution. When employees, managers and leadership are involved in the co-creation and iteration, they understand the value. This translates into real adoption and utilization. It’s sustainable.
