The founder, Dick Edwards started selling cars & trucks on May 13th of 1963. And how does he remember that date? That is because his daughter, Tanice was born on that same day. What a better way to inform your wife you quit your job and started a new career as a car salesman than as she lay there with her new baby. Dick & Janice moved to Manhattan with their three daughters in 1981 to open up Dick Edwards Ford after relocating from Augusta, Kansas. In 1988 he opened up his Junction City location on Grant Avenue, then in 2013, he built this state of the art facility with 6 manufacturers under one roof.
