Diablo Rosso is a creative think tank and space based in Casco Viejo, the historic old quarter of Panama City, Panama. It was founded in 2006 as a little shop of all things leading-edge, and after five years have evolved into a premier space for emerging artists and innovative minds from all over the region. Diablo Rosso can be experienced in many ways. The art gallery opens new shows every month, our cafe not only offers amazing food, but also transforms into an indie movie house, a place for creative conferences of all types, and of course an incredible party space. Our boutique is filled with great stuff from young independent designers both local and international. Diablo Rosso seeks to empower and stimulate young minds to break molds and think independently, and advance public appreciation of contemporary art and culture. The result is a welcoming place that offers its visitors a unique and truly Panamanian experience. From the art within its walls to the surrounding cityscape, Diablo Rosso is the perfect place for an introduction to Panama’s contemporary art, its people, their culture and history.
