Our family of companies is principally comprised of DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI), devoted to providing planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design services, and Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), a construction management specialist. Together, we form a powerful team committed to fulfilling the ultimate goals of your project. The principals and staff have a long standing record of consistently providing imaginative solutions to our clients based on a comprehensive and thoughtful consideration of function, feasibility, cost, value, aesthetics and scheduling. DAI was founded in 1984, followed by the founding of MBI in 1988. Our headquarters is located in Boston, Massachusetts, with a satellite office in Farmingdale, Maine. DAI is an organization dedicated to creating appropriate facilities that meet the needs of our clients.
