How we work: 1. We make a call and discuss needs and project scope. 2. We take 24h to analyze the data and make a proposal for the discovery phase. During this phase we gather information, business and tech requirements, and make the project going. 3. As a result of the discovery phase we propose up to 3 roadmap options for the project. 4. You consider the options and we make an agreement which one we use. 5. We implement the project, making iterations every one or two weeks, so you track the progress and update the roadmap as needed. Working with us you: 1. Will save up to 40% of the budget compared to hiring, managing and training your in-house DevOps and IT support team. 2. Save up to 30 working hours per week of your valued developers and management staff so they focus on their main tasks and get products delivered with speed and reliability. 3.
