Our Vision: Destileria Barako is a craft distillery located in Malay, Aklan, Philippines. We support local farmers in sustainable farming practices, and help them create alternative revenue streams from new crops. All our spirits are hand crafted and small batch distilled here in the Philippines in our beautiful copper and stainless combination still.
