DT is providing multiple services (e.g.: Engineering/Design Process Management, Engineering/Design projects management, Engineering/Design Standardization, Value engineering, Technical support and assessment, Projects Execution Plans, Projects management control, Enhancement of Production facilities and materials, Quality Management system) for the precast concrete industry in the entire MENA region. Services we provide: Engineering / Design process management: Engineering /Design process is most likely suffering from interruption and hesitation due to lack of clear standardization of the process flow chart and procedure. Engineering / Design standardization: We enables the engineering team to efficiently make the decisions for the best alternative to be used in the project and/or the tendering proposal. Value engineering: The design model plays the main role for building a competitor proposal that fulfills the structural safety as well as the constructability; in order to enhance the commercial potentials for winning the projects. Project’s execution plan (PEP): PEP is not specifically limited to the project’s program. We support our clients making the PEP that includes, but not limited to, budgeting, prioritizing of phases, engineering, procurement, production, transportation, erection, scheduling, client’s engagement, contractual correspondences, requests for changes, risk and opportunities and lessons learned.
