Nata nel 1987 Dentis S.r.L è specializzata nel recupero del PET.
Proveniente da raccolta differenziata o da scarti di lavorazione il PET da riciclare avviato all’interno dell’impianto Dentis segue tutte le tappe necessarie per tornare ad essere materia prima seconda.
La capacità dell’impianto oggi è di 40.000 ton annue, pari a circa 1,3 miliardi di bottiglie. Il PET riciclato da Dentis si chiama PETALO ed ha la forma caratteristica del riciclato: le scaglie.
Caratteristica distintiva di PETALO è la cristallizzazione omogenea al 100% che unita ad un’esigua presenza di contaminanti (60 ppm max) facilitano il processo di trasformazione a chi vuole produrre nuovi oggetti dal riciclato.
