Dell Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is a member owned telephone company offering voice and data services to its approximately 1,000 members. Located in Dell City, TX, about halfway between El Paso, TX and Carlsbad, NM, DTC also provides long haul fiber transport to El Paso, TX. The subsidiary company, Delcom, Inc, is also part of the Texas Lone Star Network (TLSN) and offers deregulated services to its members and customers.
