De facto is a firm specialized in prevention and management of workplace harassment and violence. We offer our clients an integrated approach based on training, prevention and management of psychological harassment, violence, discrimination and interpersonal conflicts in the workplace. We partner with our clients through every step by acting as a third neutral and impartial party. Our multidisciplinary team is composed of Labour Law lawyers and members of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP) that combine many years of experience in organisations, consulting and national and international law firms.
