Davis Langdon & Seah Consulting India Pvt Ltd was established in India in 2003 to provide a comprehensive range of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services. Davis Langdon & Seah India is a member firm of Davis Langdon & Seah International (DLSI), one of the world's largest firms of quantity surveyors with over 5,000 staff in 105 offices located in 28 countries worldwide. With the vast expertise and background specialised skills of the Group, we are well placed to provide financial, contract and project management services in traditional contracting arrangements, design-and-build or develop and construct as well as various hybrid custom made procurement of construction projects. DLS Group's unique cost database, specialist knowledge and staff skills, provide for unmatched, high-value input into Clients' projects and to team solutions. Prior to the establishment of Davis Langdon & Seah India, DLS Singapore provided Quantity Surveying Services on a number of projects in various locations in India over the years including Microsoft campus project in Hyderabad, Information Technology Park Phase 1C in Bangalore and a residential development in Chennai.
