David Lock Associates is an independent town planning, urban design and masterplanning consultancy based in Milton Keynes, owned by a trust on behalf of its employees. We have 30 years’ experience in the development industry. We advise landowners and developers in planning and securing consent for new homes, jobs, transport infrastructure, retail and education. We advise business and civic leaders on city visioning; we work with local authorities and stakeholders on regeneration master plans and growth scenarios; and we help developers and investors bring sites to market.
