Pelz Golf is owned by Dave Pelz, master of the short game and author of eight books on golf. Pelz is Phil Mickelson's short game coach and is a regular contributor to Golf Magazine (17 covers) as well as The Golf Channel since its inception in 1982. Dave Pelz Golf Scoring Game Schools and Golf Clinics are conducted year-round in the USA and Ireland. Dave holds 17 US Patents on golf products including The Putting Tutor, endorsed by Phil Mickelson. As a former NASA scientist, Pelz has applied the laws of physics to his passion, the game of golf. In all, ten of Dave's golf school students have gone on to win a total of 19 golf majors.
