Databots360 is powered by Databots built by Deveire, an IT development company based in Limerick, which has designed the Web based Commercial quotation portal called CIP (Commercial Insurance Portal) for Databots360 specifically for the Irish Broker market. The key strategy of Databots360 is to increase efficiencies in the insurance industry for General Insurance intermediaries by developing software platforms. Databots has used the next level in data information robotics in the development of the Commercial Insurance Portal. The technology used in developing the portal goes beyond current Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. CIP took just 15 months to develop from a concept to a completed product. CIP currently has six insurance companies on its portal, namely, AIG, Allianz, Aviva, AXA, RSA Benchmark and ISure. The products currently available on CIP are Retail, Office, Commercial Property Owners and Tradesmen. The long-term plan for CIP is to continue adding new insurance companies and products. Databots360 has successfully completed rigorous on-boarding and industry compliance to have received supplier approval from all the companies mentioned above. Brokers now have opportunities where the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks is significantly reduced, this now allows more time to service existing clients and convert new business opportunities, which is the end goal.
