Focused on primary transactions we invest in growth companies to help unlock latent value and realise their business goals. Since inception in 2009, Darwin has been a proprietary investor, migrating the skill and expertise from bulge bracket Investment Banks and Hedge Funds into a segment that has required innovative approaches to individual company requirements.
