Dartmouth Women In Innovation

Dartmouth Women in Innovation is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive community for women interested in all kinds of innovation, entrepreneurship, and business. We hope to encourage undergraduate, self-identifying women to become more confident and outspoken in the workplace. Through our unique mentorship program and programming, we hope to support and inspire Dartmouth women in their early professional careers, regardless of industry. WiIN is open to self-identifying female students of all years, majors, and interests. Co-founded by Alexandra (Aly) Milich and Darya Romanova in 2020.
