Dance First Think Later

Dance First Think Later has been a way of life for professional dancer Amelia Sargent. Nicknamed "dancepantss" in high school, Amelia has grown a dance career out of having virtually no classic training whatsoever. Just hours and hours of hard work to navigate a professional dance career as a Chicago Luvabull from 2014-2018. She "retired" from the team only to launch her own dance and entertainment business which also propelled her performance career into commercial work for brands, television and film. In addition to performance and choreography, Amelia coaches high school and college students, teaches group dance fitness classes in Chicago studios, helps brides and grooms dance with confidence at their weddings, and run dance programs for adults.
