Dan Caputo Co. and its related entity, Caputo Associates, are family-owned investment vehicles of the Caputo family. The Caputo entities currently own and manage approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property. Dan Caputo Co. also manages an additional 1.7 million square feet for affiliated company, GPR Ventures. The properties are located in the Silicon Valley, Sacramento, Salinas and Salt Lake City.
