The Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and the Southwest Community Foundation have worked with compassion and drive to improve our community and the world through the development and stewardship of philanthropic resources of donors and community partners. Consistent with this mission, these two Foundations have contributed more than $160 million in charitable distributions in the last decade to support a wide range of philanthropic interests, including education, human services, the arts, and faith-based organizations. Southwest Community Foundation is a DBA of the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation. Staffed by the same people you have come to know and trust. Through the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and the Southwest Community Foundation, donor directed philanthropy may be in the form of designated, endowment, field of interest or donor advised funds for current giving or to perpetuate philanthropy from one generation to the next. One excellent vehicle utilized at the Foundation to memorialize or honor loved ones is our named scholarship program.
