Durga Seed Farm Incorporated in the year 1969 , under the leadership of Mr. Subhash Mahajan , we “Durga Seed Farm” are reputed organization occupied in offering high grade array of Open Pollinated Cauliflower, Open Pollinated Onion, Open Pollinated Coriander, Open Pollinated Radish, Open Pollinated Carrot, Open Pollinated Pea, etc. Located at Chandigarh (India) , our research & development centers are located in 25 hectares of land with state of the art green house structures. In tropical & temperate region parent stocks are maintained and first trials on new developed varieties are performed. The newly developed strains are first assessed by subject specialists and then put for trials at different locations having different agro climatic conditions. Strains which pass all the trials successfully are then introduced for commercial cultivation. Thus, assuring the growers that Durga Seed farms the basis of successful & healthy crop. For packing seeds in a hygienic manner, we use automatic packing & sealing machines which can pack seed quantities varying from 25gm-25kg.  To test the offered array of seeds, we have our own seed testing laboratory to get valid and reliable information related to our varieties. Large four screen graders have been installed for cleaning the raw seed of dust, inert matter and separating seed according to size and density. Our offered seeds are highly appreciated for better yield, greater uniformity, high germination rate, improved color and uniform size. In addition to this, to store seeds, cooling chamber has been erected having the capacity of around 1, 20,000 kg seed weight. Temperature and relative humidity are controlled automatically for better storage of precious seeds.
