Duke Heights Bia

The DUKE Heights Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a non-for-profit, City of Toronto entity that focuses on improving the area through strategies around planning, economic development, and community building. The DUKE Heights BIA is one of the largest BIA’s in North America and we have over 2,500 businesses and 30,000 employees and over 34,000 people come into the BIA every work day for work, school, and shopping. We have a number of valuable partnerships and initiatives supporting social procurement strategies and employment sector strategies to develop the community and business in the area.
