Drh Solar Academy

DRH Solar Academy is a hands-on trade school designed to educate and develop the future talent that will be needed to support the continuing growth of the solar industry. According to the Solar Foundation’s National Solar Jobs Census 2015, the industry continues to exceed growth expectations, adding workers at a rate nearly 12 times faster than the overall economy and accounting for 1.2% of all jobs created in the U.S. over the past year. Over the next 12 months, employers surveyed expect to see total employment in the solar industry to increase by 14.7% to 239,625 solar workers. All of which means that the industry needs more qualified and educated technicians, salespeople and operations staff to fill these growing requirements within the ever-changing solar landscape.
