Mission: To partner with innovative health intervention providers throughout the process of defining, implementing, operating, evaluating and improving patient-facing, clinician enabling behavior change and patient self-management education and support programs. Vision: Through partnerships with health intervention providers, DPS Health creates internet-enabled, clinically-linked programs that extend existing behavior change interventions and enable clinicians to more effectively help patients reach and maintain healthy lifestyle goals.
