Our main activity are the recruitment processes. We are specialized also in Organizational Consulting and associated trainings. We engage also in supporting of Personnel Policy within the framework of projects’ realization in the fields of analysis and description of job positions , job evaluations, creating of competency models, evaluation of managing competencies, surveying the employees’ satisfaction and conduct of Assessment Centre and Development Centre sessions. For our clients above all, we are the partner in coherent personnel policy creation. Thanks to many years of praxis and trust given by our clients, 80% of them returns to us when another project has to be done.
