Reo has over 20 combined years in inspecting, remodeling, and repairing of homes. When it comes to homes, Reo has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help home buyers make an informative decision when purchasing a home. Over the years he experienced first hand the unsatisfactory workmanship being done on many homes throughout the area and felt he could help potential home buyers make a more informed decision on buying a house. Reo is certified through the American Home Inspection Training Institute(AHIT). He has completed AHIT's comprehensive 300 educational hours master course and is a Certified Residential Inspector. In addition, each year Reo is required to complete a minimum of 24 continuing education hours, which is a requirement to maintain membership in InterNACHI. Over the years Reo has also taken many courses and seminars on the subjects of construction, architecture and, of course, home inspections, so he can stay up to date with current trends. Reo understands the needs of today's home investor and always know what to look for in an investment property. He also knows how important a home is.
